revealing that the top white house aide instructed susan rice to go on shoes and spin the loy that benghazi was due to a video. ine caught with the pants down, the white house continued to play the american public for fools, giving comments like these from white house press hack jay con man carne. >> why are you would hoking back the information and why was it not turned over to the congress and released with all of the other e-mails and it is directly relevant. >> john. >> why did it take a court case. >> i can say again and dpaen and you can keep asking again and again. this document was not about benghazi. >> right? not only president obama who has ricky ri cardo has explaining to

congress became immune to the tragedy and fought it as a witch hunt. most of the mainstream press ignored the story and the white house was so bold to call the entire incident a phony scandal. president obama and vice-president biden and hillary clinton clinton promised to get to the bottom of it. and find out who was responsible for that little video. maybe that was easier than trying to fine out who was responsible for the actual murders and the subsequent loys and cover ups. they knew then and know now it was not about a video. we once had real newspapers and broadcast news outlets that cared about a government lying to the people and lying and covering up in watergate ultimately resulted in a president resigning and several top aides going to president. there are different differences between watergate and benghazi.

they had no control. could you speak to that and tell me is that an accurate assess am? >> i have been out of the cia for many years, i would expect many good and patriotic people serving there that are frustrated by what happened in libya and in benghazi. i would have to say in in addition to the talking points which the cia participated, think about the role not just that agency our entire top level of u.s. government organizations and national security, the initial participation in libya, in 2011, when all of the above department of state. department of defense, white house, national security council and intelligence community, all participated and agreed in helping to facilitate the delivery of weapons to al-qaeda, the militias that overthrew gha

d difi. came back and attacked our mission and keld our people. >> secretary of state john kerry will be up before congress and what do you think we will hear from him when he appears before that committee? >> governor, i hope they ask him about the archives of the documents and the records that would have been accumulated and hopefully savedurn his predecessor then secretary of state hillary clinton, and that would include of course, all of the roars of the telephone calls, the video, and whatever there might be of the mission and the attack that night and the cable traffic that was pouring in from all directions on that night. it would also include hopefully the record of cable traffic from other departments, military commands for instance and about what they were doing and how ready they were to step in and go forward and to mount an attempt at lost of a rescue of

committees of jurisdiction republican and democrat. the speaker his the jurisdiction. he may want to bring someone from outside to function in a special role. i am okay with that as well. i just want answers and peace for the families. is there a difference tone the select committee and they are able to look at anything. are they limited on what they can ask for in like the judiciary committee. can they go anywhere they want to go in the investigation? >> they will be defined in the legislation that passes. if you want to do it right, you will have to give them free reign. i would underscore, governor, the house committee has looked at this and a lot of the work has been done. and the september intelligence committee put out a thorough report. even the redakted part of the thorough. and a lot of the work was done

and in some cases pulling things together and running down leads that were stopped because of jurisdiction issues. you have to have the subpeona power and i would like to so who ever in charge to bring charges directly in federal court and not go through the attorney general. >> i think that is a good ponent because the attorney general will never file anything against somebody in the obama administration. will the they be able to compel hillary clinton to provide testimony. >> you do get in legal issues there. but for the life of me, i can't believe she would not want to be forth coming. she was the one who came to a classified briefing that we had shortly after it all happen and said i want to get in to the bottom. it will be thorough and ruthless. and the accountability review

board didn't find anything and held no one accountable. i think she would want to be true to her world and not compelled to come testify but should volunteer. >> i think she should and i hope she will. >> what about benghazi survivors, congressman. they will be able to come forward and tell their stories, they have been pretty much deep-six in the investigation. >> that's right. the individuals need a subpeona and can't come forth and testify because of the nature of the work they were doing in the ground and other countries. finally we'll be able to cut through the blocking issues, and bring forth the people that can provide the information. let's remember that diplomatic security people were on the ground and dod had people on the ground. there were three attacks over 7 or 8 hours and the whole

and did anything happen and she started talking about the situation that happen at way side in a shower and she was upset about it. she said that this employee at way side opened the shower curtain and this person was not supposed to be in the area of justina's showering area and she didn't have permission or access to the quarters and that let alone is disturbing and actually open a shower curtain on a child while they are naked and yell at them and justina spoke up and said to her, this is my private area and the lady accused my sister of talking become to her. someone is in a shower and they opened the curtain to me. my sister is verye not somebody that would not, she

would never act out badly. and that's why the situation doesn't make sense of her being in a behaviorial facility now. justina spoke up and she said it twice to us. and then in the end of the visit myself and my parents we spoke up to the d~ cf employee. her name is get connedin and saying she needs to talk about justina. no, you have to listen to it from justina and justina spoke up and said what happened and how that employee started yelling at her while she was showering. and anyways, what ended up happening, after they listened to her, she has to go back. no, she's not going back there. she has no other place to go. she said no, we have custody of justina. i said you are going to put her

back in harm's way after what my sister spoke up about. she said we have no room. called the police because i am not going to let my sister go back in harm's way and i have spoken up before. i will not let her be another number in the the system. snshs jennifer, this is a troubling case. d~ cf said yesterday that your sister was loying and that really didn't happen and all of this is stuff made up. and this is what they said about her medical condition and she made tup and she is really not sick. do you think your sister is loying and your parents are unfit. those are the allegations that kept justina in custody for 15 months. no, i do not think my little sister is lying and my parents are not unfit. we are a loving family. we all say that. and my little sister would not

do going to put yourself in the wrong situation. she's never been like a bad kid. she's always been a great kid and in school, they would put her in tone the two kids that would not be acting properly to level and smooth things out. for them to a kouz my sister of that, that is disturbing and on top of it, i thought they haven't spoke out on things like everything they can't talk about a private matter and now accusing my sister of highing, it makes no sense. >> it really doesn't make sense. there is no consistency what so ever. and your mother wrote a touching letter. and i have gone through it. it is an honest and letter from a mother's heart that your mother wrote to the new commissioner of children and families in massachusetts and i read it, it sounds like a mom who loves her daughter and wants her home. are you hopeful, jennifer that

outrageous. is it possible that the nba could take the franchise away and you can own the clippers and concessions and building, but you can't play in the nba because your team is going to be disenfranchised from the ability to play; is that one of the options that the nba might have? >> i am pretty sure the commissioner has a lot of power and the board of governors, when they meet, that is t of the owners, and they have a number of ways of dealing with this, and i am sure they will find an appropriate way to deal with this. the whole idea is that someone like mr. sterling should not be the face of nba ownership. nba is about inclusion. and that is not what he understands at all. this is a great thing that that has happen. >> in your storied career, you faced levels of racism in college and up through the pros.
